Orders
A contract is made once we have confirmed your order by email. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery and collection
We deliver across the UK, usually within three to five working days. You can also choose to collect free of charge from the boutique at 3 Union Street, Dartmouth, Monday to Saturday, 10.30am to 4.30pm.
Returns and refunds
You may return unworn items with their tags attached within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. Please contact us first so we can help. Earrings and sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, tell us within 30 days and we will repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
